  I've been going on and off for years. Do they train their staff to be indifferent and borderline rude? The store is convenient and carries almost anything you could need, but I hate going there or calling because of the extremely poor customer service. Walmart staff are better than here and that's hard to muster. I guess the lack of competition in the area leads the owner to not care. If another similar store opened nearby, I would pay more just to avoid the bitter employees. It's a small shop so there's no excuse.
