  Not very happy with this place. I made a appt and gave the girl my Ins info on the phone, she said , "we take all Ins" So I drive a hlf hr to the appt , after working 2nd shift the night b4 and 5 hrs sleep , get there at 9 am , hlf hr drive , and the girl says Im not in the network , but can pay the out of pocket expenses , I said , why did you guys not call me and tell me , Im not in net work! Before I drove all the way here, she said they are not allowed to , Terrible, what a waste of MY time on my day off , Very selfish, And its very small, just pretty much PT., Nothing like SW pain clinic, Go there ,
