  How does a company keep employee turnover so low? It starts with an amazing Administrator like Carmen Scoma. I have work with the All Stat Team for over 20 years. They were always my first choice of Home Health Agencies to use. I feel very lucky to now work with this amazing team. What's the secret sauce for this companies amazing success, its the people. We have caregivers that have worked here for 20 years, 3 office staff with 25 years experience, and our Administrator, Carmen Scoma with 26 years. We have been proudly serving our community for over 30 years.
