  On the way home from Naples my truck developed a bad shake and was pulling to the right. I thought it was a caliper sticking turns out it was "worn tie rod ends". The shocks were very old so I agreed to have them done as well. The truck is old and some parts like steering shims that need to turn freely were seized up. When I went to check on the mechanic there were 2 of them with pipe wrenches literally hanging from the wrenches trying to get the new tie rod ends to turn so they could do the alignment. Nothing like really stressing out the new tie rod ends. I had left my trailer in Naples and had no choice but to have it looked at locally the mechanic I love and trust is in North Sarasota.
  They were unable to finish the alignment and asked me to come back in a couple of days they had sprayed the steering parts with penetrating fluid. I came back 3 days later and the truck runs straight but the steering wheel is off. The truck is also for the second time nice and greasy I guess no one cares about other peoples vehicles.
  
  I was at this location the first time for almost 8 hours and I learned a lot about the upsale. I guess everyone that needs tires also needs shocks and everyone that needs brakes needs rotors. Come on.... every person was quoted over $600 for brakes!!!!
  
  Will I go back???? Never if you like your vehicle stay away!!!
  
  I need to edit my review after driving the truck this weekend it still shakes. The truck is still pulling to the right.
  
  I went to an independent shop in Sarasota and the shaking is due to a rear tire separating not worn tie rods. Tire Kingdom corporate asked me to go to a different location to get the alignment done since these guys can't do it. This location told me the upper and lower ball joints need replaced They cannot align it correctly. I will take it to a trusted mechanic for a real diagnosis. I admit that it probably needs more work done on the front end but my tires were the cause of the shaking was never addressed at TIRE KINGDOM. You would think a tire store would actually look at the tires!!!! That they sold me!!! My second set from them. Guess they will never sell me another set of tires.
