  These people were not sure what consigned items of mine had sold. The items changed each time I spoke to them even though I was very careful to follow their rules regarding sold consigned item inquiry. I also believe that they bank on the fact that most people do not come back to pick up their consigned merchandise. If they do, it is very difficult as you must search for your own items throughout the store. I never would have spent the time and effort I did retrieving my consignment items, but I would rather donate to Good Will and not just add to their bottom line. Shame on you. You've carved out your racket, haven't you?
