  Had to wait 30 minutes in drive thru, got to the window and had a half box of fries and the food was cold. The Manager then proceeds to tell me, go ahead and pay, pull forward and we will bring out fresh hot food. I told her no thank you, I've waited long enough and I shouldn't HAVE to pull up and wait for fresh hot food! I called the 800 # and no one ever returned my call. Not impressed!
